Ordex Technology Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DonateMe Shopify app ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with the App.

From Merchants (Shopify Store Owners)

When you install or use DonateMe, we may collect:

• Store information such as Shopify store name, store URL, and contact email
• Shopify access tokens to interact with your store, for example to retrieve donation-related data
• Configuration settings you provide inside the App

From Customers and Donors

If a merchant uses DonateMe to collect donations, we may process:

• Name, email address, and donation amount (if provided by the customer)
• Order and transaction details related to the donation
• All payments are processed securely through the merchant’s Shopify checkout and the payment provider configured in their Shopify store (such as Shopify Payments, Authorize.net, or other supported payment gateways).

DonateMe does not process or store credit card details or full payment information. Payment data is handled directly by Shopify and the merchant’s selected payment provider in accordance with their respective privacy and security policies.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Enable donation functionality on your Shopify store
• Provide analytics or reports about donations
• Customize and improve the App experience
• Communicate with merchants regarding support or updates

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent merchant or customer data. We may share information only in these cases:

• With trusted third-party services such as payment processors and hosting providers, strictly to provide the App's functionality
• When required by law or to protect rights and safety

Data Storage and Security

Merchant and donor information is stored with industry-standard safeguards. Sensitive payment data is never stored on our servers and is processed directly by Shopify. We implement measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data.

Data Retention

Merchant data is retained for as long as you use the App. Customer and donor data is retained only as necessary to provide donation functionality and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time. See Contact Us below.

Merchants and donors may:

• Request access to their stored data
• Request correction or deletion of personal data
• Withdraw consent where applicable
